Sanction Could Be Given for Unruly Public Transport

Public transport fares in the capital must apply new tariff. Sanction could be given for public transport applying the old tariff.

New public tariff letter has been signed, so it must be applied today

“New public tariff letter has been signed, so it must be applied today,” said Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama, Friday (4/8).

His side would give sanction for public transport applying old tariff. “Raid could be implemented soon,” he added.

Public Transport Fares Checked

New public transport fare is cut between Rp 300-500. Mini van fare (angkot) is Rp 3,000, medium bus Rp 3,500, big bus Rp 3,500.

Next are taxi flag fall Rp 6,500, kilometer fare is Rp 3,500, waiting charge is Rp 42,000.
